The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Employees’ Performance (EP): A Mediating Role of Organization Commitment (OC) in the Multinationals Companies (MNCs) of Pakistan

CSR appears to affect employee attitudes and behaviors, according previous studies. However, actual evidence is scarce, especially in developing economies like Pakistan. As a result, the purpose of this research enrich present literature on corporate social responsibility by analyzing influence performance employing identity theory. In addition, role Organization Commitment (OC) has been investigated current study. To conduct study, data were collected from employees six Multinationals Companies (MNCs) Pakistan which are: “Jazz, Careem, Attock Refinery Limited, Berger Paints Pakistan, McDonald's, Pakistan”. The findings study show that (CSR) major effect commitment. results also OC mediates link between some degree. it helps administration organizations promoting commitment through activities. Additionally, organization's reputation can be enhanced as result improved increased responsibility.
